12.15.2009 the Gulf was calm. The Captain decided it was a good day to snorkel at Sombrero Light which is 8 NM from our harbor.
A light chop turned into a moderate chop as we approached the light.
The moderate chop did not last long. Within the hour Tut and I were sea sick. He laid beside me as I held the garbage pail. The only fish we saw were in the pail from last nights dinner.
Andrew was determined to snorkel, so snorkel he did, in the slip next to our boat.
Tut and I recovered and Andrew saw a few fish.
Everyone was happy.
